In the Matter of the Application of Richwood Transport of Nebraska, LLC, Middleton, Wisconsin, seeking authority as a contract carrier in Nebraska intrastate commerce in the transportation of passengers by van in open class service between points in Douglas, Lancaster, Sarpy, Hall, Platte, Gage, Dodge, Madison, Lincoln, and Scotts Bluff counties over irregular routes pursuant to a contract with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, a medicaid-managed care organization under contract with NDHHS, or another agent working on behalf of NDHHS. RESTRICTION: The transportation of railroad train crews and their baggage is not authorized. HHS Designation: Yes.

The 911 Service System Advisory Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 “N” Street, Suite #300, Lincoln.
The agenda will be available for public inspection no later than 1:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting, at the Nebraska Public Service Commission’s Offices.
