NG-103     In the Matter of Three River Energy Company, Winnebago, Nebraska, seeking to withdraw its authority as a competitive natural gas provider in the State of Nebraska.

 The following applications(s) may be inspected at the office of the Commission during regular business hours.  Protests must be filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the Applicant in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.

In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the annual fee for Transportation Network Companies.

 Interested persons are hereby notified that the status meeting on the above-captioned application is set for October 9, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.
