NOTICE

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a hearing on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska regarding the following dockets:

RVF-18           In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the fees for the Recreational Vehicle Program.

MODF-18       In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the seal fee for the Modular Housing Program.

MANF-17        In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the seal fee amount for the Manufactured Home Program.

Remote access to the meeting will be available via WebEx at the following link: https://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 415-655-0003, then enter 926 343 190 when prompted for an access code.

NUSF 139:      In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own Motion, to administer the Universal Service Fund High-Cost Program:

All persons interested in the above-referenced application are hereby notified that A Public Hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 “N” Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, and via WebEx at https://sonvideo.webex.com/meet/PSCWebex. Voice access will be available by dialing 469-210-7159, Access Code 146 153 5285. If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at the meeting, please call the Commission at (402) 471-3101. MOTOR TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT

B-1822.01:    In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, to require Executive Coach, LLC, Paxton, to show cause why its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity should not be revoked.

Public hearing is scheduled on this matter for Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.  in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska.

B-1948.03:    In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, to require Careem Transportation, LLC, Omaha, to show cause why its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity should not be revoked.

Public hearing is scheduled on this matter for Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.  in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska.

B-1993.02:    In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, to require Dak Family Transportation, LLC, Lincoln, to show cause why its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity should not be revoked.

Public hearing is scheduled on this matter for Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 2:30 p.m.  in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska.

TNC-2:           In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the annual fee for Transportation Network Companies.

Public hearing is scheduled on this matter for Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.  in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska.
