NOTICE OF MEETING

The 911 Service System Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. central time at the Nebraska Public Service Commission, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln NE.  Members of the public can find Information on remote access to the 911 Service System Advisory Committee meeting via WebEx at the following link: https://psc.nebraska.gov/911DeptStream.  To attend by telephone, dial 408-418-9388, then enter 146 848 2577 when prompted for an access code. The agenda for this meeting will be available the day before the meeting on the Commission’s website at this link:  https://psc.nebraska.gov/911SSACAgendas

To All Persons Interested:  

Application No. NUSF-117, Progression No. 1:   In the Matter of the

Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own Motion, to consider implementing a program to incentivize new fiber construction for E-Rate eligible entities.

All persons interested in the above-referenced application are hereby notified that a Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, August 21, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. CST, in the Nebraska Public Service Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 “N” Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, and by WebEx.
