NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

RE: B-2199: In the Matter of the Application of Tekabe T, LLC, Lincoln, seeking authority as a common carrier in Nebraska intrastate commerce in Open Class service by SUV in and between all points in Nebraska over irregular routes. HHS Designation: Yes.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a hearing on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time at the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska. Access to the hearing will be made available for virtual participation via WebEx and telephone. Information for connecting may be accessed at https://psc.nebraska.gov/stream.
