NUSF-139: In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own Motion, to administer the Universal Service Fund High-Cost Program:

All persons interested in the above-referenced application are hereby notified that a Public Workshop has been scheduled for Monday, May 13, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., Central Time, in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 “N” Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, and via  WebEx at https://sonvideo.webex.com/meet/PSCWebex. NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday May 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Remote access to the meeting will be available to the public at: http://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 469-210-7159, then enter 146 153 5285 when prompted for an access code.

The agendas will be available for public inspection at the Commission no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting. The agendas will also be available on the Commission’s Calendar webpage at http://psc.nebraska.gov/calendar.
