NOTICE OF MEETING
OF MEMBERS OF
NEBRASKA EDUCATIONAL
BUILDING ASSOCIATION
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Members of the Nebraska Educational Building Association will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026, by virtual conference via Zoom. The public may physically attend such meeting at the office of Gilmore & Bell, P.C., 2120 South 72nd Street, Suite 1000, in Omaha, Nebraska, which meeting location will be open to the public. The public may access a Zoom link to the virtualconference, an electronic copy of the agenda, all documents being considered at the meeting, and a current version of the Open Meetings Act at https://bit.ly/3RgHPt9. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection on such website and at the Douglas County West Community Schools Superintendent’s office located at 401 South Pine Street in Valley, Nebraska, during normal business hours. Such agenda may include, but shall not be limited to, the following items: approval of April 14, 2026 Minutes; approval of a resolution to open an account at the Nebraska Liquid Asset Fund; and other matters as added to the agenda as permitted by law.
The meeting will be open to the public and reasonable arrangements will be made to accommodate the public’s right to attend, hear and speak at such meeting to at least the same extent as would be provided at a meeting held in person.
