NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

NOTICE

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Under authority granted by Executive Order No. 20‑36, Corona Virus – Public Meetings Requirement Limited Waiver, issued by the Governor on November 25, 2020, this meeting of the Public Service Commission will be held via video conference.

Access to the meeting for members of the public and the media will be available via WebEx at the following link: http://tiny.cc/PSCWebex.

The agendas will be available for public inspection no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting, on the Commission’s Calendar webpage: http://tiny.cc/PSCCal.

If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at a Commission meeting, please call the Commission at 402-471-3101.  For people with hearing/speech impairments, please call the Nebraska Relay System at 800-833-7352 (TDD) or 800-833-0920 (Voice).  Advance notice of at least seven days is needed when requesting an interpreter.
