NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
NOTICE
The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Under authority granted by Executive Order No. 20‑36, Corona Virus – Public Meetings Requirement Limited Waiver, issued by the Governor on November 25, 2020, this meeting of the Public Service Commission will be held via video conference.
Access to the meeting for members of the public and the media will be available via WebEx at the following link: http://tiny.cc/PSCWebex.
The agendas will be available for public inspection no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting, on the Commission’s Calendar webpage: http://tiny.cc/PSCCal.
If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at a Commission meeting, please call the Commission at 402-471-3101. For people with hearing/speech impair-ments, please call the Nebraska Relay System at 800-833-7352 (TDD) or 800-833-0920 (Voice). Advance notice of at least seven days is needed when requesting an interpreter.
NOTICE
The following proposed Rule and Regulation may be inspected at the offices of the Nebraska Public Service Commission during regular office hours. Comments must be filed with the Commission in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Rules of Commission Procedure:
RULE AND REGULATION #205: In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to amend Title 291, Chapter 14, Recreational Vehicles Rules and Regulations, to adopt the current editions of applicable code books and update related provisions.
Interested parties should submit written comments on the Proposed Rules set forth in Appendix A of the Order Opening Docket, Releasing Rules, Seeking Comment and Setting Hearing, no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, February 11, 2021. Parties filing comments should file one (1) paper original, five (5) additional paper copies and one (1) electronic copy in Word format e-mailed to lisa.polivka@nebraska.gov and shana.knutson@nebraska.gov.
A public hearing to receive testimony on the proposed Rules and Regulations has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 1:30 PM. Under authority granted by Executive Order No. 21-02, Coronavirus – Continued Limited Waiver of Public Meetings Requirements, issued by the Governor on January 11, 2021, this hearing will be held via video conference. Remote access to the hearing will be available via WebEx at the following link: http://tiny.cc/PSCWebex (case sensitive). Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 408-418-9388, then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for the access code.
The Commission believes there will be no fiscal impact as a result of these rules.
Copies of the proposed rules are available on the Commission website at https://psc.nebraska.gov/administration/proposed-rules-regulations. Anyone wishing to receive written notices regarding this docket shall provide contact information to the Commission and ask to be added to the service list.
