Several Hotlines Available for Information About Coronavirus
Anyone seeking information on the coronavirus can find guidance from the CDC, WHO and other authorities widely available.
The Douglas County Health Department has a hotline at 402-444-3400 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. The United Way’s 2-1-1 service will take calls when the health department office is closed.
The Lincoln-Lancaster Health Department has a hotline for self-reporting at 402-441-3400.
Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is staffing a hotline for general questions and resources at 402-552-6645 every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
