Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application(s):

Special Use Permit in RS-72 to allow a Home Occupation I (Major) for a home-based salon service at 15914 Timberlane Drive, legally described as Lot 508 Millard Park, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, NE.  Applicant: Nuh N Nguyen.

Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Section 5 Transportation:  Adoption of the Southeast Sarpy Road Network Plan.

Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Section 5 Transportation: Adoption of the Western Sarpy Transportation Enhancement Plan.

Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Section 5 Transportation: Map 21, Anticipated Full Build-Out Street Network.

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Special Use Permit in the RD-50 Two-Family Residential District to allow a Home Occupation I (Major) for a home-based dog grooming service at 7908 S 184th Terrace, legally described as Lot 165 River Oaks. Applicant: Spenser & Natalie Doering.
