Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application:

Grant & Erin Stahla have submitted an application for consideration of a Special Use Permit in AG - Agricultural Farming District for a Home Occupation I (Major) to allow a luxury restroom and shower trailer rental business on the property at 16902 S 180th Street and legally described as Tax Lot 6B in Section 29, Township 13 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southwest of 180th Street and Pflug Road.

I.S. Services and Courtroom 5

Renovations

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the remodel of an existing office space and renovation of one courtroom.  Bids will be accepted until 3:30 p.m. August 23, 2023.

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net). There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting August 10, 2023 beginning at 3:30 p.m. at Sarpy County Courthouse, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.  Electronic bids will be opened at 3:30 p.m. August 23, 2023 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net/Login.aspx.  Vendors that obtain specifications from the internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
