Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that Corn Coast Brewing LLC has applied for a Class “C” Spirits, Wine, Beer On and Off Sale liquor license for business at 10717 Virginia Plaza Ste 101, La Vista, NE 68512 (Sarpy County).

The County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska will consider said application at a public hearing to be held July 30, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska, and after all consideration and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the Board will use its discretion in granting or withholding said license.
