The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following applications:

Rezoning from AG to RE2 and AGR, and a Preliminary Plat and a Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 and 2 and Outlot A, Riverview 175, being a platting of Tax Lot 1 lying South of State Highway 31, together with Tax Lot 2A and Tax Lot E2, except the West 57.00 feet thereof, and except that part conveyed to the State of Nebraska for Highway purposes, all in Section 16, Township 12 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska.
