NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE

SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that Ryan Bundy has submitted an application to Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requesting administrative approval of a Special Use Permit to allow Sludge Disposal and Storage in the AG zoning district.  The land application of biosolids is proposed on one parcel of land generally located northeast of 252nd Street and Platteview Road and is legally described as: Tax Lot 1 in Section 16, Township 13N, Range 10E of the 6th P.M. in Sarpy County NE.

The Sarpy County Planning Director, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE  68046, receiving no written objection within (30) thirty days of this published notice, shall thereby declare said Special Use Permit approved.  Notice dated the 30th day of June, 2023.
