PROPERTY OWNERS

 

The Sarpy County Assessor has certified that the county assessment roll is completed and change of valuation notices were mailed on or before June 1, 2023 to property owners who have had a change in assessed value from the previous year.  Questions about your property valuation should be directed to the Assessor’s office at (402) 593-2122.  Valuation protests may be filed with the Sarpy County Clerk between June 1, 2023 and June 30, 2023 (filed in person no later than 4:45 PM or postmarked no later than June 30, 2023).

Listed below are the statistics required by section 77-1315 (4), R.S. Supp. 2005.

 

Residential Real Property

Assessment Ratio:                     96.00

Coefficient of Dispersion:           7.65

Price-Related Differential:          100.62

 

Commercial Real Property

Assessment Ratio:   94.00

Coefficient of Dispersion:           11.25

Price-Related Differential:          101.46

 

Agricultural Land-Special Value

Subject to Special Value

Assessment Ratio:   73.00

Coefficient of Dispersion:           16.65

Price-Related Differential:          101.45

Request for Proposals

 

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for Legal Publication Services.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. June 19, 2023.  Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net/).

Electronic bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. June 19, 2023 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building. Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net/. Vendors that obtain specifications from other internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
