REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the Buffalo Road over Springfield Creek Bridge Replacement & Roadway Realignment, Project C-77 (23-04) for the Public Works Department.  Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. July 9, 2024.

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net).  Electronic bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. July 9, 2024 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net. Vendors that obtain specifications from the internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.

A public hearing will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 in the County Boardroom at the Sarpy County Courthouse, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, Nebraska, for the purpose of adding appropriations for the 2024 FY Budget. The Mental Health Collaborative fund budget will be increased by $51,733 due to grant funds received after budget was adopted. Cash on hand will be the source of revenue. The Planning – Papio Watershed Sewer Operations fund budget will be increased by $22,000 due to funds received after budget was adopted. Cash on hand will be the source of revenue. The Health Insurance fund budget will be increased by $5,300,000 due to the formation of the fund after budget was adopted. Cash on hand will be the source of revenue.
