Request for Proposals

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the remodel of an existing office space and renovation of one courtroom.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. May 23, 2023.

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net). There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting May 11, 2023 beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Sarpy County Courthouse, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.  Electronic bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. May 23, 2023 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net/Login.aspx.  Vendors that obtain specifications from the internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
