ALL SARPY COUNTY PROPERTY OWNERS

The Sarpy County Assessor has certified that the county assessment roll is completed and change of valuation notices were mailed on or before June 1, 2025 to property owners who have had a change in assessed value from the previous year.  Questions about your property valuation should be directed to the Assessor’s office at (402) 593-2122.  Valuation protests may be filed with the Sarpy County Clerk between June 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025 (filed in person no later than 4:45 PM or postmarked no later than June 30, 2025).

NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that Charolais, LLC, DBA Marrow has applied for a Class “C” Beer, Wine, Spirits On and Off Sale liquor license for business at 17870 Oakmont Dr Ste 106 Omaha, NE 68136 (Sarpy County).

The County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska will consider said application at a public hearing to be held June 10, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska, and after all consideration and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the Board will use its discretion in granting or withholding said license.

Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.
