NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that Don & Millie’s has applied for a Class “I” Beer, Wine, Distilled Spirits, On Sale liquor license for business at 14321 Harrison St., La Vista, NE 68138 (Sarpy County).

The County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska will consider said application at a public hearing to be held June 6, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska, and after all consideration and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the Board will use its discretion in granting or withholding said license.
