TO: ALL SARPY COUNTY PROPERTY OWNERS
The Sarpy County Assessor has certified that the county assessment roll is completed and change of valuation notices were mailed on or before June 1, 2024 to property owners who have had a change in assessed value from the previous year. Questions about your property valuation should be directed to the Assessor’s office at (402) 593-2122. Valuation protests may be filed with the Sarpy County Clerk between June 1, 2024 and July 1, 2024 (filed in person no later than 4:45 PM or postmarked no later than July 1, 2024).
