REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the 180th Street Retaining Wall Fence Replacement, Project C-77 (18-01 & 25-09) for the Public Works Department. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. June 12, 2026.

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net). Electronic bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. June 12, 2026 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building. Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net. Vendors that obtain specifications from the internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit qualifications from consulting firms to provide services for the City of Omaha 192nd Street Viaduct Planning & Environmental Linkages Study. The selected firm(s) will assist City staff to provide transportation planning, traffic engineering study, multi-modal safety study, public involvement, preliminary design, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, Planning & Environmental Linkages study tasks.
