Request For Proposals

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the 2024-2025 Commercial Appraiser Services for the Sarpy County Assessor’s Office.  Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. June 5, 2024.

Proposals shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net). Electronic proposals will be opened at 10:00 a.m. June 5, 2024 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Proposal results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Proposal criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net. Vendors that obtain specifications from the internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
