Notice is hereby given that Soaring Wings Hospitality LLC DBA Soaring Wings has applied for a Class “IK” Beer, Wine, Distilled Spirits, On Sale only liquor license with Catering Endorsement. As well as replacing their current Class “Y” and Class “L” licenses for business at 17111 South 138th St, Springfield, NE 68059.

The County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska will consider said application at a public hearing to be held April 23, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska, and after all consideration and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the Board will use its discretion in granting or withholding said license.

The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

Public Works Department

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the Buffalo Road Asphalt Seal Coat Maintenance Program, Highway 31 to 180th Street, Project C-77 (22-01) for the Public Works Department. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. May 3, 2024.

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net). Electronic bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. May 3, 2024 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building. Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Vendors that obtain specifications from the internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
