Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application(s):

Greystone Manor LLC, dba Greystone Manor Senior Living, has submitted a Special Use Permit application in RS-72 to allow an Assisted Living Facility at 16831 Chandler Street, legally described as Lot 180, Harrison Woods, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, NE. Generally located Southeast of 169th and Chandler Streets.

18606 Cornish Rd, LLC, has submitted a Final Plat application for a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 through 8 and Outlots A through G, Cornish Ridge, being a platting of the E1/2 SW1/4 & E1/2 of Tax Lot 2 in Sec. 5, T12N, R11E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located Northeast of 192nd Street and Cornish Road.
