Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Western Sand & Gravel Co. has submitted an application for consideration of a Revised Special Use Permit to allow the extraction and processing of sand and gravel on two parcels located in the AG Agricultural Farming District, and legally described as 1) Part of the SW ¼ NW ¼ lying S of Hwy 31 together with NW1/4 SW1/4 & Tax Lot 2A in Section 17, Township 12N, Range 11E; and 2) Tax Lot 6A & Part of E1/2 NE1/4 lying S of Hwy 31 in Section 18, Township 12N, Range 11E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located southwest of W Highway 31 and 188th Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION

 

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 7:00 P.M.  The Planning Commission will be conducting this meeting by video-conference or by telephone conferencing or by conferencing by other electronic communication.  The meeting will be held electronically, and no quorum of the public body will be physically present together, there will be no public in-person attendance.  This meeting will be open to the public and to members of the media through video-conferencing; go to https://sarpy.civicweb.net/Portal/MeetingInformation.aspx?type=26 for information on viewing or participating in the meeting. A Public Hearing will be held for the following applications:

Labedz Haven LLC has submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Labedz Haven Addition, Lot 1, being a platting of Lots 1 and 2, Labedz’s Addition; Lots 216, 235A, Outlots 28 & 29, Hanson’s Lakes; and Tax Lot D2, S ½ Sec 27-13-13 and the N ½  Sec 34-13-13, of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County Nebraska.  Generally located southwest of La Platte Road and Platte River Drive.

Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requests approval of text amendments to the Sarpy County Zoning Regulations:  Section 34 – Supplementary Regulations; Section 37 – Stormwater Management Regulations; and Section 44 – Definitions.

Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requests approval of text amendments to the Sarpy County Subdivision Regulations:  Section 6 - Preliminary Plat and Supplemental Data, Section 8 - Final Plat and Required Supplementary Data, and Section 12 - Standards for Construction Plans and Specifications Creek Setbacks.

Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requests approval of text amendments to the Sarpy County Zoning Regulations:  Section 23 – General Manufacturing District.

Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requests approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Residential Development Decision Matrix (Figure 19) of the Growth Management Plan and Rescinding Resolution 2020-268.
