Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

BY QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-202.01 notice is hereby given that exemption applications for tax exemption on real and personal property (Form 451NF) for qualifying organizations have been filed with the Sarpy County Assessor. A listing of the applications from organizations seeking tax exemption, descriptions of the property, and recommendations of the County Assessor are available in the office of the Sarpy County Assessor, 1102 E. 1st St, Papillion, NE.

These applications have been scheduled for hearing before the Sarpy County Board of Equalization, 1210 Golden Gate Dr. Papillion NE on March 25, 2025 at 3:00 P.M., and the hearings will be open to the public.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the South 48th Street & Capehart Road Intersection Improvements, Project C-77 (23-15) for the Public Works Department.  Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. April 16, 2025.

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net).  Electronic bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. April 16, 2025 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net.  Vendors that obtain specifications from the internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
