Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS AND STATEMENTS OF REAFFIRMATION FOR

TAX EXEMPTION ON REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY BY

QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-202.01 notice is hereby given that exemption application(s) for tax exemption on real and personal property (Form 451) and statement(s) of reaffirmation of tax exemption (Form 451A) for qualifying organizations have been filed with the Sarpy County Assessor. A listing of the applications from organizations seeking tax exemption, descriptions of the property, and recommendations of the County Assessor are available in the office of the Sarpy County Assessor, 1102 E. 1st St, Papillion, NE.

These applications have been scheduled for hearing before the Sarpy County Board of Equalization, 1210 Golden Gate Dr. Papillion NE on March 18, 2025, at 3:00 P.M., and the hearings will be open to the public.
