Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. 23-1608, the audit of Sarpy Countys financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year have been completed. The audit has concluded that the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the respective financial position of the governmental activities, the business-type activities, each major fund, and the aggregate remaining fund information, of the County, as of June 30, 2025, and the respective changes in financial position and cash flows, where applicable, thereof for the year then ended in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. The complete audit report is available for inspection in the office of the Sarpy County Clerk during regular business hours and on the Countys website at www.sarpy.gov.

SOYBEAN OIL FOR THE

SUPPRESSION OF DUST ON

COUNTY ROADS

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for Soybean Oil for the Suppression of Dust for the Public Works Department. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. April 7, 2026.

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net).  Electronic bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. April 7, 2026 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building. Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net. Vendors that obtain specifications from other internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
