EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS FOR

TAX EXEMPTION ON

REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

BY QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-202.01 notice is hereby given that exemption applications for tax exemption on real and personal property (Form 451) for qualifying organizations have been filed with the Sarpy County Assessor.  A listing of the applications from organizations seeking tax exemption, descriptions of the property, and recommendations of the County Assessor are available in the office of the Sarpy County Assessor, 1102 E. 1st St, Papillion, NE.

These applications have been scheduled for hearing before the Sarpy County Board of Equalization, 1210 Golden Gate Dr. Papillion NE on March 12, 2024 at 3:00 P.M., and the hearings will be open to the public.
