Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Rezoning from AG to RE1, and a Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 - 16 & Outlots A - E, Buffalo Springs Replat 1, being a replat of Outlot A, Buffalo Springs, Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located NE of 168th St. and Buffalo Rd. Applicant: Jared Wiese
