Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

MDC Giles Partners, LLC has submitted applications for consideration of a Change of Zone from AG and RE1 to AGR, RD-50 and RD-50/PD and a Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 thru 104 & Outlots A thru K, inclusive, Giles Pointe, being a platting of a tract of land being part of Tax Lots 3, 5 and 10, Tax lots located in the NW1/4 of Section 21, along with all of Lot 1, Poco’s Prairie, a subdivision located in said NW1/4 of Section 21, all located in Township 14 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located southeast of 180th Street and Giles Road. 

Windsor East Development, LLC has submitted applications for consideration of a Change of Zone from AG and IL to RD-50, RG-35, RG-15, and IL and a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Windsor East, Lots 1 – 162 and Outlots A thru K, inclusive, being a platting of a tract of land located in part of the S1/2 of the SW1/4, located in Section 16, Township 14 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located northeast of 180th Street and Giles Road.
