Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.  A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Text amendments to the Sarpy County Zoning Regulations:  Section 34 – Supplementary Regulations.  Applicant:  Sarpy County Planning & Building Department.

Special Use Permit in AG to allow a Home Occupation I (Major) for a luxury restroom and shower trailer rental business on the property at 16902 S 180th Street and legally described as Tax Lot 6B in Section 29, Township 13 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southwest of 180th Street and Pflug Road.  Applicant:  Grant & Erin Stahla

Notice is hereby given that Ling’s Asian Cuisine has applied for a Class “I” Beer, Wine, Distilled Spirits, On Sale Only liquor license for business at 6909 S 157th Street Ste. A, Omaha, NE 68136 (Sarpy County).

The County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska will consider said application at a public hearing to be held January 09, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska, and after all consideration and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the Board will use its discretion in granting or withholding said license.

Request for Proposals

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for Referee Coordinator for the Board of Equalization.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., January 10, 2024.  Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net/ ).

Electronic bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m., January 10, 2024 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net/.  Vendors that obtain specifications from other internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.
