Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE.  A Public Hearing will be held on the following application:

Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requests approval of text amendments to the Sarpy County Subdivision Regulations:  Section 3 - Definitions, Section 5 – Procedure for Approval of Preliminary Plat, Section 6 – Preliminary Plat and Supplemental Data, Section 7 – Procedure for Approval of Final Plat, Section 8 – Final Plat and Required Supplementary Data, and Section 9 – Plat of Record Vacation and Lot Line Adjustments.

An agenda for the meeting, kept continually current, is available for inspection at the Sarpy County Planning Department office, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.
