SALE OF COUNTY OWNED LAND

On January 9, 2025 at 10:00 am the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will receive bids for the sale of the following land legally described as:

Outlot “F” Giles Pointe, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska and the adjacent vacated right-of-way. Said tract of land contains 234,072 SF or 5.4 acres, more or less.

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net). Electronic proposals will be opened at 10:00 a.m. January 9, 2025 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Proposal results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.  The bid will be awarded to the highest bidder based on the fair market value.
