NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that Canoyer Garden Center has applied for a Class “I” Beer, Wine, Distilled Spirits, On Sale Only liquor license for business at 11240 S 66th St, Papillion, NE 68133 (Sarpy County).

The County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska will consider said application at a public hearing to be held December 12, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska, and after all consideration and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the Board will use its discretion in granting or withholding said license.
