Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following applications:
Rhonda S. Miller, as attorney in fact for Orville O. Nielsen, has submitted an application for consideration of a Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lot 1 and Outlot A, Nielsen Pointe, being a platting of a part of Tax Lot E1 located in the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 35, Township 13 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located northwest of Highway 50 and Buffalo Road.
Mike Michaelis for Boundless Real Estate has submitted an application for consideration of a Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 and 2, Boundless, being a platting of Tax Lot 2B in Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located northeast of S 144th Street and Interstate 80.

Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requests approval of text amendments to the Sarpy County Subdivision Regulations: Section 5 – Procedure for Approval of Preliminary Plat, Section 7 – Procedure for Approval of Final Plat, and Section 8 – Final Plat and Required Supplementary Data.
