SALE OF COUNTY OWNED LAND

At 3:00 p.m. on December 10, 2024, a public hearing will be held by the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners in the Sarpy County Boardroom, Sarpy County Courthouse, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, Nebraska 68046 for the purpose of receiving input on the sale of land legally described as:

1.  Outlot “F” Giles Pointe, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska. Said tract of land contains 147,636.85 square feet or 3.389 acres, more or less; and

2.  The adjacent vacated right-of-way, said tract of land contains 86,436 square feet or 1.984 acres, more or less.
