NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that Purpose Distilling Co. has applied for a Class “C” Beer, Wine, Distilled Spirits, On and Off Sale and a Class “Z” Microdistillery liquor license for business at 16918 Morgan Avenue, Suite 9, Gretna NE 68028 (Sarpy County).

The County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska will consider said application at a public hearing to be held October 17, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska, and after all consideration and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the Board will use its discretion in granting or withholding said license.

TAX EXEMPTION ON REAL AND

PERSONAL PROPERTY BY

QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-202.01 notice is hereby given that exemption applications for tax exemption on real and personal property (Form 451) for qualifying organizations have been filed with the Sarpy County Assessor. The application for NeighborGood Community Pantry seeking tax exemption, descriptions of the property, and recommendations of the County Assessor are available are available in the office of the Sarpy County Assessor, 1102 E. 1st St, Papillion, NE.

These applications have been scheduled for hearing before the Sarpy County Board of Equalization, 1210 Golden Gate Dr. Papillion NE on October 17, 2023 at 3:00 P.M., and the hearings will be open to the public.
