Notice is hereby given that the Sarpy County Veterans’ Service Committee will conduct their regular meeting on Thursday, October 17th, 2024, at 2 pm, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Administration Building, Conference Room A/B, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE 68046. (The agenda, which shall be kept continually current, shall be available for public inspection in the office of the County Veterans Service Office of Sarpy County, Nebraska during normal business hours.) See NE revised statute 80-102.

To whom it may concern: Report has been made to the County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska, by the Clerk of the District or County Court of the County, which report shows that there is now and has been for the last six months remaining in the hands of the clerk certain witness fees which have been uncalled for. If the fees are not called for within six months from October 1, 2024, they will be considered as forfeited and will be paid into the common school fund of Sarpy County.

Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.
