NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that Aldi, Inc. DBA ALDI #114 has applied for a Class “D” Beer, Wine, Spirits Off Sale Only liquor license for business at 19311 Oakmont Dr, Gretna, NE 68028 (Sarpy County).

The County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska will consider said application at a public hearing to be held February 25, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska, and after all consideration and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the Board will use its discretion in granting or withholding said license.
