Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following:
Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use Map from Low to Medium Density Residential and Residential Estates to Light Industrial on two parcels legally described as Lot 1, Skelgas Addition, and the Northeasterly Part of Tax Lot 1A1 in Sec. 22, T13N, R12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE. Generally located southwest of S 87th Street and Platteview Road. Applicant: The City of Papillion.
Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Growth Management Zones Map from Urban Reserve Zone to Rural Development Zone on two parcels legally described as Lot 1, Skelgas Addition, and the Northeasterly Part of Tax Lot 1A1 in Sec. 22, T13N, R12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE. Generally located southwest of S 87th Street and Platteview Road. Applicant: Sarpy County Planning & Building Department.
Rezoning from Agricultural Farming District to Light Industrial on the property legally described as the Northeasterly Part of Tax Lot 1A1 in Sec. 22, T13N, R12E of the 6th P.M.
