Verizon Wireless proposes to modify and collocate antennas onto an existing public lighting structure.  The Site location 5108 Underwood Avenue, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska 68132 (41° 15’ 54.39” N / 95° 59’ 35.99” W).  The top of the support structure is 28-feet, 2-inches above grade surface (AGS).  The overall structure height with attachments is 28-feet, 2-inches AGS.
