Interest in the real estate:

fee simple

 

The Notice of Commencement to which this Partial Termination applies is the Notice of Commencement recorded July 9, 2025 as Instrument No. 2025052270 in the Register of Deeds of Douglas County, Nebraska.

The Notice of Commencement identified above shall be partially terminated effective December 15, 2025.

This Partial Termination shall only apply to the real estate described above and the Notice of Commencement shall remain in full force and effect as to all other real estate described in the Notice of Commencement.

Partial Termination of Notice of Commencement was recorded on November 13, 2025 in the Register of Deeds of Douglas County, Nebraska.

 

ALL LIEN CLAIMS FOR WHICH A NOTICE OF LIEN IS NOT RECORDED BY THE TERMINATION DATE DECEMBER 15, 2025 MAY BE DEFEATED BY A TRANSFER OF THE REAL ESTATE.

Verizon Wireless proposes to construct a replacement telecommunications utility pole.  The Site location is near 20101 Franklin Circle, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska 68022 (41° 16’ 26.31” N / 96° 13’ 50.28” W).  The top of the support structure is 31 feet above grade surface (AGS).  The overall structure height with attachments is 35 feet AGS.
