NOTICE OF MEETING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of Nebraska Revised Statute 79-3405(2)(b), that the Board of Education of Douglas County School District 0001 (Omaha Public Schools) will meet on the 5th day of September, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at the Teacher Administrative Center, 3215 Cuming St, Omaha, NE 68131 to discuss, consider and vote whether to approve an increase to the school district’s property tax request authority by up to an additional four percent, or other maximum amount as permitted by law, above the base growth percentage.
