ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
1. Sealed Qualification Packets addressed to Omaha Public Schools Schoolhouse Planning, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the “OPS McMillan Roof Top HVAC Units Replacement-Bid No: 24-076”, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” will be received in the office of District Purchasing Department, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming St, Omaha, NE 68131, until 2:30 PM, CST, Wednesday, July 03, 2024. Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 11:00 AM CST at McMillan Middle School - 3802 Redick Ave, Omaha, NE 68112.
2. Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-4950, on or after June 5, 2024.
