ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
1. Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the Site Security Improvements at OPS Service Center, Bid Number 21-023, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by Lamp Rynearson will be received in the office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, Service Center 4041 N. 72nd Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68134 until 2:00 PM, CST, Friday, April 16, 2021. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference / Project Walk Through on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the OPS Service Center 4041 N. 72nd St., Omaha, NE 68134-4470.
2. Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-1292, on or after March 23, 2021. Plans and specifications may also be examined at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Buildings & Grounds 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 and are also on file at the following locations:

Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the NIAGARA N4 HARDWARE INSTALLATION AT MULTIPLE FACILITIES, Bid Number 21-030, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by Omaha Public School Service Center are to be received by 2:00 PM, CT, Friday, April 23, 2021. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered.
