INFORMATION TO ALL BIDERS 
 
This addendum is issued to all known individuals, firms or corporations who have obtained or received bid documents and technical specifications for the above project.  All such individuals, firms or corporations who plan to be present at the mandatory walkthrough conducted on June 20, 2018.
 
This addendum shall be made part of the bid documents and bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the appropriate space provided on the project bid form. __________________________________________________________________________
 
CHANGE IN THE START AND COMPLETION DATES AND CHANGE IN THE SECTION 5.4 MODIFICATION OR WITHDRAWL OF BID
 
Project documents  ASBESTOS REMOVAL AT 5616 “L” STREET Bid # 18-052 
 
A. Start date is changed from August 8, 2018 to October 1, 2018.  All other subsequent start and completion dates will be altered to reflect this change.
 
B. Section 5.4.1 will be replaced with the following:
 
“A Bid may not be modified, withdrawn or cancelled by the Bidder for Ninety (90) days following the time and date designated for the receipt of Bids, and Bidder so Agrees in submitting his Bid.”
 
All other stipulations and requirements of the contract documents remain in effect.

“ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS” will be revised to read
 
“Bidders will meet at the site, 5616 “L” Street, Omaha, Nebraska, June 20, 2018 OR June 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. for the pre-bid conference tour of the building.  It is required that all Bidders Prequalify and attend at least one pre-bid conference tour. 
 
All other stipulations and requirements of the contract documents remain in effect.
