The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to provide representation of OHA and its affiliates in litigation, including appeals, concerning landlord tenant issues.

The deadline for questions for the project is Friday August 23, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.

Proposal submission deadline for the project is Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. CST.

Please submit all bids per the instructions in the RFP 240711 Legal Services.
