OHA is soliciting bids for qualified contractors to remove and replace the Concrete Parking Lot and Surrounding Pavement and Sidewalks at Underwood Tower located at 4850 Underwood Ave in Omaha, Nebraska.

Packets are available on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 2:00 pm.

The deadline for questions for the project is Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 2:00 PM CST.

The bid deadline for the project is Wednesday, August 14th, 2024, at 2:00 PM CST.
